Solar System Diagnosis
Check 'Solar Supply Main Switch' is ON; If fault code remains you will require on-site diagnosis by a trained Swift Solar Repairs technician. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
AC grid outside the permissible safe limit! This identifies an issue with the grid supply to your property which can be dangerous, your inverter has responded by shutting down. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
Inverter Over Temperature: This fault indicates the inverter internal temperature is exceeding safe limits, this is often shown on hot days unless the inverter is incorrectly reading a high temperature. Acknowledge fault code, shutdown inverter, restart after 2 mins; If fault code remains you will require on-site diagnosis by a trained Swift Solar Repairs technician. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
EEPROM Failure: Reading or writing of EEPROM has failed
Relay Failure: Output relay has failed to connect, this is generally caused by grid surge or inverter electronic failure - the inverter relay is not able to connect to the grid
Inverter Clock Failure: This fault indicates the inverter CPU clock has lost time, this is often shown when the BIOS battery has failed. Acknowledge fault code, shutdown inverter, restart after 2 mins; If fault code remains you will require on-site diagnosis by a trained Swift Solar Repairs technician. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
Internal CPU Failure: Communication between the master and slave CPU has failed
Isolation fault/Ground fault: this indicates voltage has been detected by the earthing system
Internal Failure: this indicates internal AC / DC board failure, grid measurement failure, insulation resistance measurement failure, misreading or unrecoverable internal fault.
PV Undervoltage: This fault indicates the array voltage is below inverter MPPT range, this is often shown in twilight hours when the sun is low in the sky, unless the inverter is incorrectly reading a low input voltage and needs to be repaired.
PV Overvoltage: This fault indicates the array voltage is exceeding safe inverter limits, this is often shown on cold mornings unless the inverter is incorrectly reading a high input voltage and needs to be repaired.
Extreme risk identified! Shutdown inverter immediately, you will require on-site diagnosis by a trained Swift Solar Repairs technician. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
Technician Required! Your solar system requires on-site diagnosis from a trained Swift Solar Repairs technician. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
Acknowledge fault code, shutdown inverter, restart after 2 mins; If fault code remains you will require on-site diagnosis by a trained Swift Solar Repairs technician. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
Inverter Commissioning Error: This fault indicates a failed commissioning process or CPU internal error. Acknowledge fault code, shutdown inverter, restart after 2 mins; If fault code remains you will require on-site diagnosis by a trained Swift Solar Repairs technician. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
Cooling Fan Failure: This identifies an issue with the inverter cooling fan which can be dangerous, your inverter has responded by power derating or shutting down. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
Emergency Stop Activated: Reset emergency stop, restart after 2 mins; If fault code remains you will require on-site diagnosis by a trained Swift Solar Repairs technician. Contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
